Spotlight Strobing / Shimmer Powder

EDWIN BARROWs Spotlight Strobing Shimmer Powder is a tripled milled formula which is more pearlized than a blush. It’s sheer and translucent sheen will leave you glowing (but not sparkly). Use it as an illuminator or strobing powder on face or body. Spotlight Strobing Shimmer Powder can also be used on eyes and as a highlighter.  EDWIN BARROW products are paraben free, non-comedogenic, hypo-allergenic, not tested on animals and fragrance free (except skincare).
